The purpose of my visit to the hotel was to attend a business conference. I found everything to my satisfaction, but the highlight was the exceptional comfort offered by the air conditioning in my room, which made my stay truly enjoyable. the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the friendly demeanor of the staff significantly contributed to a pleasant experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to the customer service team, particularly to Mustafa and the wonderful Saudi lady in the lobby. Their professionalism and warm personalities truly made a difference.
